Sr. Software Engineer | Technical Manager | Associate Consultant:- Implemented installation, configuration, and repository migration tasks for multiple environments, including pre-production, testing, and production. Managed incidents and service requests through the utilization of EIM jobs (PL/SQL).

●       Directed registration to activation process, achieving significant reduction in turnaround time from weeks to one-two days through effective management.

●       Played pivotal role in data migration project, optimizing resource utilization and reducing the need for one additional FTE through strategic planning and execution.

●       Awarded for creating automation scripts for several manual jobs and tasks.

●   MEAS migration project – Identified Data issues which resulted in Failure of batch job. Was able to proactively correct data issues before each run which resulted in CRM system from being maximum source of errors to minimum. This involved collaboration with other systems to identify data issues and fix them. Prioritize cleaned data sets for migration at the same time working on backlog of data sets with errors.
